One of our favorite things about being Wedding/Portrait Photographers is that we get to meet such wonderful people and capture their most precious moments. Sometimes you get really lucky and meet amazing couples that you instantly click with. We have had so much fun working with and getting to know Tessa and Tyson! Their engagement pictures were so much fun to capture! Not only are they both effortlessly photogenic, but the love between them is so genuine and playful, it was way too much fun to photograph them. Our first location was at El Dorado Hills Town Center and they brought along their adorable pup. The second location was Wild Oaks Park in El Dorado Hills where we had a picnic theme. We hope you enjoy their photos as much as we loved taking them! Their love is a love to strive for. 7 years together and yet you’d think they were still in their year one honeymoon phase. Enjoy!

Molly & Brent

We had so much fun on our Engagement Shoot with Molly and Brent! They were such an easy going, fun couple to work with. We had originally planned on doing a fishing themed shoot and were all set up to shoot in Coloma, Ca. We have done shoots there before and never had issues with parking, however this time, we were faced with a rather difficult challenge since the Park Ranger informed us that she would ticket us if we parked on the side of the road after the posted hours which had just changed from 7pm to 5pm. This put a huge damper on things but it didn’t stop this wonderful couple from having a good time. We snapped a few photos in Coloma and moved on to another location that we knew of on the River. It was so much fun to capture the love and friendship between Molly and Brent and their pup. They were so natural in front of the camera and had us laughing and made the shoot really fun. Christine & Emmanuel

We had so much fun working with Christine & Emmanuel on their engagement session last week in Meadow Vista. If you are looking for a beautiful location to do a shoot or just have a picnic at a park, you should check out this park located at 1101 Meadow Vista Rd, Meadow Vista, CA 95722. It’s so beautiful and has a wonderful pond with a giant fountain and lots of beautiful oak trees. It was the perfect place to photograph Christine and Emmanuel since the serene surroundings perfectly paralleled the serenity that this couple exuded. They were so calm and go with the flow for their shoot, it was really fun to capture their energy and their love for one another. We can’t wait for their wedding in January and hope you enjoy these photos from their engagement shoot.

Elmo & The Stewart Family

We had so much fun on our family shoot with Jason, Heather, Avery, and our special guest Elmo! Avery’s 2nd Birthday is right around the corner so Heather and Jason wanted to get some family photos and wanted to get some photos with Elmo for her Birthday invitations. Like a true 2 year old, Avery ran the show, literally ran everywhere as we all tried to keep up. She is such a happy little girl and you can really see the love she has for her Mom and Dad, if she was even a few feet away from them she said, “Mama, Dada, come on let’s go.” And it is all too clear how much love and patience Jason and Heather have for their baby girl. They are such wonderful parents and it was so fun to capture all the love this family has. We hope you enjoy their photos as much as we enjoyed taking them!

Jessica & Brad

What a fun day in Old Folsom! Jessica and Brad were such a wonderful couple to work with. I can’t emphasize enough how sweet and great this couple is!! Jessica is the complete girl next door type, very sweet but laid back and happy to go with the flow. It’s clear to see why these two are so compatible because Brad too was very easy going throughout the whole shoot. As most of our soon-to-be grooms, we knew he wasn’t thrilled to have his picture taken, but he never complained, at least to us, he just smiled, and did everything that was asked of him. Boss, their Great Dane, was a great addition to the family and such a character! He even got dressed up with a bow-tie for the occasion. We were so grateful to Jessica’s Mom and Dad to come along and help handle Boss when he got a little rowdy or when we just wanted a shot with Jessica and Brad. We also thoroughly enjoyed Jessica’s Mom’s input and jokes from time to time. We can’t even tell you how over the moon excited we are to work with this couple and family again in Tahoe this November! In this industry, sometimes you just get lucky and work with amazing people that you completely click with and this is definitely one of those instances.
